Add a project observer

Users with roles Account Owner and User Administrator can add a project observer.

In Control Panel, go to Access Management → User Management.
Open the tab with the desired user type:
- control panel users and federated users — to configure access through the control panel;
- service users — to configure access via Selectel Product API and other automation tools: OpenStack CLI, Terraform, selvpc.
Select the user who will be the project observer.
From the menu ( ) of the user, click Edit.
If the user does not have the Project Watcher role, add this role.
Select projects that can be monitored by the user.
Click Save.
