- User Agreement;
- Terms of Service and Services;
- Terms of use for individual services: Provision of a dedicated server and a dedicated server of arbitrary configuration;
- Terms of Use for Individual Services: certified data center segment;
- Terms of Use for Selected Services: Access to Information Security Features.
Documents for information system attestation
For attestation of information systems hosted on dedicated servers in A-DC, we will provide:
- infrastructure certification;
- threat model extract (template);
- act of installation of information protection means (template);
- rack layout (template).
To get the documents, create a ticket.
Instruction to process personal data
A-DC complies with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" — you can store and process users' personal data up to the first level of security (UZ-1).
To conclude a personal data processing order create a ticket.
We will prepare the order and send it to you for signature: in paper form or via EDI.
