Deliver the equipment to the data center

Before delivering the equipment to the data center, prepare it for colocation.

You can deliver the server to data center in three ways:

• independently;
• by cab;
• by courier.

The addresses of data centers can be found at selectel.ru.

Deliver it yourself⁠

Bring the server to the selected data center and hand it over to the technical support staff. When transferring the equipment, prepare an Equipment Acceptance Certificate in duplicate.

Documents to be carried with you:

Legal entities	seal of the organization; power of attorney to sign the acceptance certificate of equipment (if the equipment is brought by a trusted person); passport; Terms of communication services in two copies
Individuals	if the equipment is brought personally — passport, copy of passport; if the equipment is brought by a trusted person — power of attorney, passport, copy of the customer's passport xml-ph-0011@deep.

The terms and conditions for the provision of communication services shall be executed once. If you have already signed them, you do not need to re-sign. Your copy of the document will be sent by registered mail to the address provided in the dashboard.

Delivered by cab⁠

For initial server placement, cab transportation shall be paid for by Selectel. It is carried out during working hours within the MKAD in Moscow or within the KAD in St. Petersburg. The cab will pick you and your equipment up and after the server is delivered, the cab will take you to your office or home.

To take advantage of the free cab service when you initially host a server, create a ticket. Delivery is agreed upon after payment for the service.

Upon arrival at the data center, hand over the equipment to the technical support staff. When transferring the equipment, prepare an Equipment Acceptance Certificate in duplicate.

To be delivered by courier service⁠

Courier services are paid for by the customer.

Arrange delivery of the equipment to the data center by courier service and send by registered mail or enclose two copies of the completed and signed documents in the box with the server: Equipment Acceptance Certificate and Terms of Service.
