Manage multiple data centers via Multisite

Moscow virtual data center (vDC) resources are managed through the web panel of Moscow VMware Cloud Director®, resources in St. Petersburg are managed through the web panel of St. Petersburg. Each Cloud Director has its own organization and list of users.

With Multisite, you can link organizations to each other so that you can see and manage the resources of one organization in the Cloud Director dashboard of another. Users from one organization will have access to another (bound) organization according to their role in the bound organization.

Only a user with the Organization Administrator role can bind organizations. To access the virtual datacenter in the linked organization, the Organization Administrator must create a user with the same name in both organizations.

Organizations will be added to the main page of the Moscow and St. Petersburg Cloud Director web panels.
