Payment for colocation

Colocation and all additional services are paid from the main or bonus balance according to the billing option. To pay for the service, top up your main balance. Please refer to the Terms of Use for details on payment.

Colocation prices vary depending on the data center selected.

After payment, you can receive reporting documents.

At the end of the paid period, the Colocation service and additional services are automatically renewed at the expense of the main balance. To stop withdrawals, disable colocation.

Withdrawals occur on a monthly basis.

At the end of each month, you will receive a notice at the end of each month that you are about to be debited.

The soft grace period (the period of service provision after the end of the paid period, during which the service is provided in full) is 96 hours. The hard grace period (the period of service provision after the end of the paid period and the soft grace period, during which access to the hardware over the network is blocked, but the hardware itself is not disconnected) ends 240 hours after the end of the paid period.

In the event that payment is not received on the main balance within the hard grace period, we will power down the hardware, dismount it, and move it to a temporary storage warehouse.

The cost of storing hardware in the warehouse is 30% of the monthly subscription fee for each month of storage.
