Pick up the equipment from the location

If you cancel the service before the end of the paid period, you can refund only for full unused months.

  1. In Control Panel, go to Servers and Hardware → Equipment Locations.
  2. In the server card, expand the menu (⋮).
  3. Press Disable Payment. The service will be disconnected automatically when the paid period ends. The server will then be dismantled and moved to the warehouse. If you need to dismantle the server sooner, create a ticket.
  4. Order a pass to visit the data center and pick up the server. The equipment is stored free of charge for one month after the end of the paid period. Thereafter, 30% of the placement value is accrued on a monthly basis.
